Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy sets out the conditions, timeframes, and procedures that apply to the dispatch and delivery of research material orders placed through platinumpeptides.com.au. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms alongside the Research Use Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Dispatch Conditions
All orders are dispatched from our Western Australian facility via Australia Post Express Post. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays).
Orders placed and payment cleared before 12:00 PM AWST will be dispatched on the same business day. Orders received after the 12:00 PM AWST cut-off, or on a non-business day, will be dispatched the next applicable business day.
Dispatch of a research material order is subject to the following conditions being met:
- The order has been submitted and payment confirmed in full
- The buyer has completed and accepted the Research Use Policy declaration
- The ordered material is in stock and has current, valid batch documentation
- No compliance or verification flags are outstanding on the account
Platinum Peptides reserves the right to delay or decline dispatch where any of the above conditions are not met, or where additional verification of buyer eligibility is required.
Shipping Method
Every order placed through platinumpeptides.com.au is automatically dispatched via Australia Post Express Post at no additional cost to the buyer — there is no standard or economy option. Express Post is the default and only shipping service used.
Shipping Costs
- $15.00 flat-rate Express Shipping applies to all standard orders
- Free Express Shipping on all orders over $200 — the threshold is applied automatically at checkout
- No additional handling fees are applied beyond the shipping cost displayed at checkout
Delivery Coverage
Platinum Peptides delivers to all Australian states and territories, including regional and remote areas of Northern Territory, Western Australia, and Tasmania. There are no excluded postcodes. International orders are not accepted at this time — supply is Australia-only.
Packaging and Material Stability
All research materials supplied by Platinum Peptides are lyophilised (freeze-dried) powders. Lyophilised peptide powders are highly stable at ambient temperatures and do not require temperature-controlled cold-chain packaging during transit.
Orders are packaged in foil mailers and laboratory-grade polyurethane plastics, which provide physical protection and appropriate barrier properties for the materials during standard Australian domestic transit.
In the event of an unusually severe transit delay that results in physical packaging compromise, buyers should contact Platinum Peptides support for an assessment. Replacement may be offered at Platinum Peptides’ discretion where packaging integrity is confirmed to have been affected during transit.

Order Tracking
A tracking number is generated and provided via email on the same day as dispatch, immediately after the shipping label is created. The email notification is sent directly from the store dashboard and includes an order tracking link for the Australia Post Express Post network.
Research buyers are encouraged to monitor their tracking notifications once an order has been dispatched. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Australia Post will leave a card or digital notification with instructions for collection or redelivery. Buyers should act on redelivery instructions promptly.
Delivery Address Requirements
Research material orders must be delivered to a physical address within Australia. Platinum Peptides does not dispatch to PO Box addresses.
Research buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering. Platinum Peptides accepts no liability for failed or delayed delivery resulting from an incomplete, inaccurate, or inaccessible delivery address provided by the buyer.
Receipt and Inspection of Orders
Research buyers should inspect orders upon receipt and verify the following before transferring materials to laboratory storage:
- The vial label batch number matches the batch documentation provided with the order
- Packaging integrity — the vial is sealed, undamaged, and correctly labelled
- The Certificate of Analysis is present and the batch number corresponds to the material received
Any concerns regarding order condition, packaging integrity, or documentation discrepancies should be reported to Platinum Peptides within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery time.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Compromised Orders
If a research material order arrives damaged, incorrectly supplied, or in a compromised condition, the buyer should contact Platinum Peptides within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery time with the following information:
- Order reference number
- Batch number as shown on the vial label
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of packaging and vial condition where applicable
Resolution
Replacement is the default resolution for orders confirmed as damaged, incorrectly supplied, or compromised as a result of an error or issue originating on Platinum Peptides’ end. Where Platinum Peptides confirms responsibility for the issue, return shipping costs are borne by Platinum Peptides.
Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind decisions. Given the nature of research-grade lyophilised materials, orders cannot be restocked once dispatched. Each case is assessed individually, and Platinum Peptides’ assessment of the reported issue is final in determining the appropriate resolution.
Supply Restrictions
- The buyer’s eligibility as a qualified research buyer cannot be confirmed
- There is a reasonable basis to suspect the material is intended for non-research use
- The order does not comply with the Research Use Policy or Terms & Conditions
